We would like to keep you informed about an upcoming change in the commercials applicable to UPI Person-to-Merchant (P2M) transactions. As per the applicable guidelines, the revised commercials will be effective for transactions processed from 15th October 2026 on wards.
The applicable commercials will be as follows:
- UPI Transactions up to and including & 2,000: No MDR will be applicable.
- UPI Transactions above & 2,000:
- Regular Merchants: 0.40% of the transaction value or & 300 + applicable taxes, whichever is lower will be applicable.
- GST 18% on above will charged for UPI transactionsÂ
